MG DEEP FREEZER

An electronic equipment described as a "refrigerator" maintains temperature as few degrees above the freezing point of water, a similar device which maintains temperature below freezing point of water is called a "freezer". Our present generation is more conscious about power consumption. With pride we can say that Murickens are the first to manufacture of condensing freezer in India with very low power consumption that one can think. Customer's specific models are available with the capacity of 100 liter to 600 liters in low power consumption, according to the market needs, Murickens successfully developed mobile freezers to use and carry ice-cream and meat products from place to place without changing the neutrality of vehicles like auto rickshaw, mini vans etc. The main advantage is it will get 12 hour back-up with out power supply with natural taste, if we compare to glycol freezer, our PUF system body condensing freezer is power saver one and the second main main point is there will be no in convenience due to leakage of glycol. We have also developed another special freezer with supper fast cooling feature that reduces the temperature up to -40°C for Sharjah shake ice cream business. Freezers keep their contents frozen. They are used both in households and for commercial use. Most freezers operate at around -10°C (14°F). Domestic freezers can be included as a compartment in a refrigerator, sharing the same mechanism or with a separate mechanism, or can be stand alone units. Domestic freezers are generally upright units, resembling refrigerators, or chests, resembling upright units that lay on their backs. Many modern freezers came with an ice maker. Commercial fridge and freezer units, which go by many other names, were in use for almost 40 years prior to the common home models. HOW A REFRIGERATOR WORKS:

The vapor compression cycle is used in most household refrigerators. In this a circulating refrigerant such as Freon enters the compressor as a vapour at its boiling point. The vapor is compressed and exits in the compressor as a superheated vapour. The overheated vapour travels through all parts of the condenser which removes the excess heat by cooling the vapour. The vapour is condensed into a liquid at its boiling point. The saturated liquid refrigerant passes through the expansion valve where its pressure abruptly decreases. The decrease in pressure results in the flash evaporation and auto-refrigeration of a portion of the liquid. The cold and partially vaporized refrigerant travels through the coil or tubes in the evaporator. There, a fan circulates room air across the coil or tubes, and the refrigerant is totally vaporized, extracting heat from the air which is then returned to the food compartment. The refrigerant vapor returns to the compressor and thus complete the thermodynamic cycle. Power saver model - 100 to 600 litters.
